The HOA will never send someone to inspect the interior of your home. Exterior inspections are conducted from the street and no one will access your property to inspect the exterior of your home. If any violations are found, a letter will be sent by mail by Sentry Management, no one will knock or leave anything at your door. If someone comes onto your property claiming to be from the HOA, please notify the police.

Located at 131st and Brookschool Rd, this community is conveniently located with easy access to schools, shopping and is adjacent to Saxony Park , where residents enjoy free movies and concerts. Brooks Chase has two playgrounds, a basketball court, plus a large open area with a gazebo for gathering together as neighbors and friends. Brooks Chase enjoys a diverse mix of families, singles, and retirees.

Please note: No Fishing, No Swimming, No Boating and No Ice Skating is permitted on any pond within Brooks Chase.
